Welcome to The River School

The River School Worcester, together with the Brook Nursery, is an independent, Christian school for boys and girls from nursery age to GCSE. We were established in 1985 by a group of parents who wanted education that reflected their own Christian beliefs and values.
All our staff are committed to developing the Kingdom of God in education. We support parents as they prepare their young people for adulthood, by providing an education that equips pupils with necessary skills and attributes for life. Over the years our GCSE results have remained well above the national average, which is unusual for a non-selective school. The River School and Brook Nursery are also part of the Christian Schools' Trust, a national network of schools working to achieve the same purpose.
