The School is governed by a non-denominational trust. The Trustees are drawn from current or former parents as well as representatives from supportive churches in the area. They meet every six weeks or so and report to the parents on an annual basis.

The School's management team is overseen by The Principal and is responsible for the daily running of school life.

We have 13 full-time and 21 part-time staff as well as many helpers and volunteers. Parents are encouraged to be a part of the school community's life through work parties and other opportunities to help.

We are a part of The Christian Schools' Trust, a group of 50 or so similar schools across the UK who work together for mutual support and encouragement.
