Richard is Headmaster having joined the School in September 2009 from a career in teaching and business development.

He is married to Poov who also teaches in the school and they have three children, Asher and Judah, both at The River School and India, who is a bit too young for the school yet.

As well as his responsibilities in helping to lead and manage the life of the school Richard teaches IT and oversees the Forest School. He and Poov are members of All Saints Church, Worcester.
