Timothy Crow is married to Joanna and they have seven children - two girls and five boys - ranging from Sonya, the eldest, who is married and has four children, down to Samuel Henry who is in Year 8 at The River School. They have lived in Worcester since 1973 and have also fostered several children over the years.

Tim was the founding Headmaster of The River School and he has been involved as a teacher, trustee and Principal. One of Tim's great enthusiasms has been the theatre and over the years he has directed a number of plays at the school. English has been his main contribution in the classroom, although he has also taught Drama and French at times. He is also an associate pastor at St Paul's Church in Worcester.
